Please join us for an evening of therapeutic sound for the body, mind, and spirit. The sounds of the sacred instruments resonate at various tones and frequencies which correspond to our energy and chemistry, realigning us to balance, harmony and opening us to our highest potential.

How to prepare for your Sound Journey experience:
- Drink plenty of water before and after.
- Please bring your own yoga mat, 2 blankets, and 2 pillows.
- This is a sacred event, please arrive 15 minutes early to setup your space.
- Please leave your cell phone and personal belongings in your vehicle if possible.
- No late entries will be allowed. Once the sound journey begins, we ask that the doors remain closed. Please plan accordingly by going to the bathroom prior to the start.
