Tabata is based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). In this 30-minute workout, you'll be pushing hard for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest, with exercises focusing on upper body, core, lower body and some cardio mixed in. It's a fast-paced workout you can do at any fitness level.

This class focuses on isometric strength training to achieve great results in strength, posture, muscle definition and flexibility. New this session is the addition of cardio to this class!
